Pilates is for anyone looking to become stronger physically and mentally through movement. Pilates workouts will help you to perform daily movements better, to think better, and to sleep better.

There are plenty of exercise variations, so each level of experience is catered to. Whether your a beginner or advanced we will help you to get the best workout for your body. Don't worry beginners - just focus on the flow of the movements, your muscles will grow stronger.

With sharp focus, a decade of experience, and a passion for Pilates, our instructor Zhara will guide you with easily understood instructions to perform optimal range of movement for your body to maximise the benefits of the workout. Equipment such as weights, balls and pilates rings assist and intensify movements to build body awareness and create further muscle engagement.
